Jicama And Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. fresh lime juice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1 lb. jicama
    4 navel oranges
    2 green onions
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, chili powder and cayenne.
    Add the jicama, which is peeled and cut into 1/3-inch strips.
    Arrange orange sections decoratively around the edge of a platter and use a slotted spoon to mound the jicama in the center.
    Drizzle the dressing remaining in the bowl over the oranges and sprinkle the green onions over the salad.
