Creole Lima Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans
1 large stalk celery, chopped (about 3/4 c.)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat tomatoes to boiling in 1-quart saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling, separating green beans with fork.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until beans are tender (5 minutes). Serves 5.
