Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring butter, brown sugar, salt and syrup to a boil; cook about 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Remove from stove.
    Stir in vanilla and soda.
    Stir until foamy.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Put in greased pan and bake at 250\u00b0 for one hour in oven, then remove, then break up while hot.
