Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16-oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium-large green pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 large carrots, shredded
    1 c. grated cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)
    1 c. Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 c. salad dressing
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni by pkg. directions and drain; rinse and drain well.
    In a very large bowl, mix all other ingredients with macaroni and stir until blended.
