Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh, peeled and diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix apples, sugar and chopped nuts.
    Let stand 1 hour, stirring often.
    Grease and flour a tube pan.
    Add dry ingredients to apples, then add oil, vanilla and eggs.
    Pour batter into tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Needs no icing.
