Cottage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 to 4 large potatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in skillet.
    Drain off any fat; add bouillon cubes and water.
    Mix well and cook 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook and mash potatoes, season with butter, milk, salt and pepper.
    Put the meat mixture in a greased baking dish. Spread the potatoes on top and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Then place under broiler for a few minutes to brown the top.
