Rolled Mexican Style Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) flank steak, butterflied
    3/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Open steak like a book and flatten slightly.
    Spread steak with 1/4 cup steak sauce.
    Layer tomato, chilies and cheese.
    Roll up steak from short edge; secure with toothpicks.
    Place seam side down on 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Top with remaining steak sauce. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
