Potato Latkes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
1/4 c. unbleached flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. corn or peanut oil
light sour cream or plain yogurt
1 small onion
1 egg, beaten
applesauce
Preparation

Slice desired number of potatoes onto heavy aluminum foil. Slice 1/2 to 1 onion on top.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, salt and pepper.
Fold foil to seal.
Before last end is sealed, add 1/4 cup water.
Place on barbecue and cook for 45 minutes.
