Saucy Pizza Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans pizza sauce
    6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (2.5 oz.) jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles; drain and cool.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Stir in 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 1/2 cup cheese, mushrooms and egg.
    Spread each lasagna noodle with 1/3 cup of meat mixture.
    Carefully roll up and place seam down in an ungreased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over rolls.
    Cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake an additional 4 to 6 minutes to melt cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
