Stuffed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash
    1 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. chopped apple
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut squash in halves and remove seeds. Place each half on a double thickness of aluminum foil. Put teaspoon of butter and brown sugar in each half. Add mixture of apples and walnuts. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and wrap securely in foil. Barbecue on grill about one hour, turning once. Squash is done when it feels soft when touched.
