Irene'S Pie Crust(Never Fails) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 to 5 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Add ice water to hold ingredients together, mixing to form ball.
    Roll approximately 1/8-inch thick on floured board. Fits into an 8 to 9-inch pie pan.
    Fill.
