Mediterranean Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 small white onions or 1 large sliced onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. ground savory
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Use large frypan to heat oil to medium-high.
    Add thighs, skin down; cook until brown (5 minutes).
    Turn thighs.
    Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.
