Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bell peppers
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. savory
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Remove the stem, seeds and membrane of the bell peppers.
Wash inside and out.
Cover with boiling water; cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and cut in half crosswise.
