Night Before Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. cooked sausage or ham
    1/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    12 crushed crackers
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Add remaining ingredients and place in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan which has been greased.
    Cover and refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 or 50 minutes.
