Wheat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 1 1/2 c. wheat
    1 (8 oz.) container cream cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed drained pineapple (reserve juice)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
    1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Wash wheat and soak in water overnight.
    Cook 2 hours or until crunchy soft.
    Drain and cool.
    In large bowl, soften cream cheese.
    Add pudding (dry) and stir.
    Add pineapple with enough juice to make a batter.
    Fold in the topping.
    Add cold wheat and nuts.
    Refrigerate.
