Ellen'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 pkg. Mexene chili powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. sugar
    28 oz. can tomato sauce or 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown together ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain excess fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
