Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced thin in bowl
    6 slices fried bacon (crisp)
    3/4 c. chopped or thinly sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/3 c. bacon fat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all but potatoes and bacon together in skillet; stir in 1 cup water and 1/4 cup vinegar.
    Cook until it boils; boil 1 minute.
    Pour over potatoes and bacon.
    Serve.
