Baked Salmon With Cheese Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. salmon
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. sliced almonds
    2 c. chopped crackers
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. powdered mustard
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender, 7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Layer the mix in a 1.5-quart loaf pan (Pyrex), starting with the mix, then the salmon. Top with sliced almonds. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
