Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. mayo
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add flour.
    Slowly add milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
    Put potatoes into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Add mustard and mayo to cream sauce.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Top with bacon bits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
