Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    5 eggs
    dash of almond extract
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into bowl.
    With mixer beat at high speed 5 to 10 minutes until thick and creamy.
    Pour mixture into a snap ring pan and place in center of preheated 200\u00b0 oven.
    When cake rises 1/4 inch out of pan, open oven door; keep heat on.
    Let cake settle.
    When settled, close door.
    Open again when cake peaks second time.
    When it settles, close door, turn heat to 375\u00b0 and let it rise and brown.
    It's done when it is 1/2 inch above the pan.
    Place on cooling rack and add powdered sugar.
