Ham Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell
    nutmeg
    4 slices crisp bacon
    1/4 onion, diced and sauteed
    8 slices ham, shredded
    8 thin slices Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. light cream, heated
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Sprinkle bacon and onion on bottom of crust. Add half of ham, 4 slices of cheese, rest of ham and then cheese. Beat eggs and mustard. Add hot cream; beat. Pour over ham and cheese. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until custard is set.
