Wok Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery cabbage, chopped
1 c. broccoli, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 oz. soy sauce
1 beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water
Preparation

Heat oil in wok to 375\u00b0.
Cook the vegetables in sequence. As they are done, push up on sides of wok.
