Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 c. (approximately) Italian bread crumbs
    4 eggs
    3 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender.
    Transfer to large mixing bowl and add other ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Spread evenly in a 9 x 11-inch greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top begins to brown.
