Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken thighs
    salt, pepper and flour
    olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. basil
    8 oz. black olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 c. white wine
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Flour and brown chicken in olive oil.
    Put in a pan.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is done (about 1 hour).
