Perfect Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix and bake in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan (greased).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
