Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut in bite size pieces
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt and pepper or to taste
    1 tsp. garlic salt or to taste
Preparation
    Take bite size steak; flour it and put into skillet with a little oil.
    Brown halfway.
    Add onion, pepper, salt and garlic salt; finish browning.
    Add water.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add mushroom soup.
    Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
