Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Beat into 3 slightly beaten eggs.
    Add 4 cups (1-inch slices) rhubarb (about 1 pound).
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Fill with mixture.
    Dot with 2 cubes butter; top with lattice crust.
    Flute edge.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 50 to 60 minutes; cool.
