Greek Spinach And Cheese Turnovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (5 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 sheets phyllo dough or 4 frozen patty shells (omit butter if pattie shells are used) *
1 stick butter
Preparation

In blender or mixer, combine egg, onion and Feta cheese; beat. Add cream cheese; combine well.
Add spinach and seasonings.
Mix until blended.
Chill 1 hour.
