Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. instant potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    chopped onion
Preparation
    Peel desired amount of medium potatoes.
    Put potato in large serving spoon and cut 1/8-inch to edge of spoon.
    Do not cut through potato.
    Put potatoes in cold water until through slicing. Dry potatoes and put in baking dish.
    Pour a little Italian dressing over each potato.
    Cook approximately 50 minutes.
