Potato-Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. mayo
    1 lb. bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped or 1 to 2 tsp. instant onion
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced, boiled, half cooked
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook the bacon and drain. Break into pieces. Drain potatoes and put into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add onion. Melt Velveeta in microwave. Add mayo and mix thoroughly. Stir gently into potatoes.
    Put bacon pieces on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
