Becky'S Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. burger
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 can pinto beans
    1 large splotch Tabasco (optional)
    1 (10 oz.) bag plain Tostitos
    1 assortment cheeses (8 slices American, 10 oz. shredded Cheddar and 1 lb. pkg. Velveeta, work real good)
Preparation
    Brown burger.
    Dump in 3 cans and Tabasco (if desired). Simmer 30 minutes.
    Pour into large microwavable casserole dish. Squoosh Tostitos on top.
    Cover with cheeses.
    Melt in microwave oven.
    Dig in.
