Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced cooked potatoes
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat; add flour and milk.
Cook until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Mix all other ingredients.
Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Spoon potato mixture in and pour sauce over top.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, cheese and paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
