Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tsp. soda
1 c. coconut milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavor
2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain 2 coconuts.
Peel and grind coconut.
Cream sugar, margarine and oil.
Beat yolks and add to mixture.
Combine flour, salt and soda; add to first mixture alternately with coconut milk. Stir in flavorings.
Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in 3 well-greased 8-inch pans.
Bake at 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost and cover with fresh coconut (use 7 Minute Frosting).
