Quick Tuna-Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can macaroni and cheese
1 (8 oz.) can peas, drained
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. minced dried onion
6 medium tomatoes
lettuce
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

In bowl, combine first 8 ingredients, salt and dash of pepper. Cover and chill.
With stem end down, cut each tomato into wedges, cutting to, but not through, the base of the tomato.
Spread wedges apart slightly; sprinkle lightly with salt.
Cover and chill.
