Claudia'S Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 doz. tortillas
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    pepper
    jalapeno peppers, chopped or diced
Preparation
    Mix chicken, sour cream and cheese. Fry tortillas until just soft. Spoon chicken mixture on tortilla and roll up.
    Place in baking dish. Saute onion, garlic and pepper. Add tomatoes and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture over enchiladas; add grated cheese on top. Bake in oven until bubbly at 350\u00b0. (Use own judgement on peppers as everyone's taste is different.)
