Melomakarona(Greek Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick sweet butter
    2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. (Muscatel) wine
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 lb. Gold Medal flour
    peel of 1 orange
Preparation
    Beat butter, oil and sugar for 15 to 20 minutes in a big bowl, add wine and other ingredients.
    Mix
    well
    with hand.
    A little at a time, add flour
    until
    you
    make soft dough.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Use cookie cutter for shape.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
