Turkey Piccata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. turkey cutlets or breast slices
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. lemon juice (optional)
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 cube or packet beef bouillon, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation

Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
Moisten turkey slices; coat with mixture.
Melt 2 tablespoons in skillet; saute slices until they turn a light brown.
Set meat aside in a warm place and, if desired, sprinkle lemon juice on meat.
Mix bouillon, wine and egg yolk together; add to drippings in skillet.
Stir vigorously until sauce thickens slightly.
