Chicken Diablo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer (about 3 lb.), cut up
4 tsp. margarine
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in butter mixture to coat, then arrange meaty side up in single layer.
Do not cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and a rich golden color. Serves 4.
