Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 medium chopped pepper
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1 egg, beaten
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers.
    Combine other ingredients.
    Place in a Pam-sprayed casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Top with cornflake crumbs.
