Salmon Loaf And White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon (reserve juice)
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mince salmon and add 4 tablespoons melted butter, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 3 beaten eggs.
    Make into a loaf; set loaf pan into a pan of water.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
