Sausage Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
Preparation
    Mix the dry Bisquick, cheese and then sausage.
    Roll into balls 1-inch in diameter and then mash in center with finger. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 36.
