Spinach Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large eggs, beaten
    1 package frozen spinach, thawed & drained
    1-1/2 cup ham, chopped
    2 store bought pie crust
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl, eggs, spinach, ham, and mushrooms.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
    Can be frozen after baking.
    Serve with salad!
