Quick Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pie apples
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    6 slices loaf bread, trimmed
Preparation
    Put apples in glass oblong baking dish.
    Mix margarine, sugar and egg together.
    Set aside.
    Lay trimmed loaf bread over top of apples.
    Take the mixture you set aside and spread over top of bread.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Serves 8. Best when served hot with ice cream.
