Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
    8 to 16 oz. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
Preparation
    Thaw spinach; squeeze out excess water and flake and mix into sour cream mixture.
    Serve with chips and crackers.
