Raised Waffles Or Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~ not hot)
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 3/4 c. lukewarm milk, scalded and cooled
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. soft butter
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk, sugar and salt.
    Beat in rest of ingredients with rotary beater.
    Cover and let rise in warm place (85\u00b0) about 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir down, cover and set in refrigerator overnight.
    Stir down again when ready to use.
    Pour onto hot waffle iron.
    Bake until brown and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Makes about 8 (7-inch) waffles.
