Shereens' Imli Chutni(Tamarind Chutney; Makes 1 Cup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dried tamarind pulp
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. chopped ginger
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped coriander
Preparation
    Place tamarind in small bowl and pour the boiling water over it.
    Stir and mash to separate and dissolve in water.
    Discard the seeds and fiber.
    Make to puree.
