Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk (sweet)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. mayo
    meal (to thicken)
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0. Put oil in iron skillet (small) and put in the oven to heat. Mix milk, egg, mayo and meal in bowl. Pour hot grease from skillet into mixture and stir. Pour into skillet and return to oven. Bake until brown.
