"Sara" Misu(Prep Time: 20 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) container mascarpone cheese or cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
    2 c. strawberries or raspberries
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) pkg. Sara Lee
    all butter pound cake
    1/4 c. brewed coffee, divided
    1/2 (4 oz.) container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
    shaved semi-sweet, milk and/or white chocolate (for garnish)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in chopped chocolate. Set aside several berries for garnish. If using strawberries, thinly slice remaining berries. Cut cake horizontally into 3 slices. Place bottom slice on a serving platter. Drizzle with half of the coffee. Spread with one-fourth (or about 1/3 cup) of the cheese mixture and top with half of the berries. Spread bottom of center cake slice with another one-fourth (or about 1/3 cup) of the cheese mixture and place, cheese side down, on top of berries. Drizzle with remaining coffee. Repeat layers of cheese mixture and berries. Spread bottom of top cake slice with remaining cheese mixture and place cheese side down on top of berries.
