Frozen Fruit Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh chopped fruit
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 1/3 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. gelatin (1 pkg.)
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix fruit, pineapple juice and honey and boil 2 minutes.
    Add gelatin which has been softened in the cold water.
    Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Fill containers and freeze.
