Apple Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1-inch) pork chops
    1/2 apple, peeled and chopped
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Cut a slit in the pork chops from outer edge to bone. Fill pockets loosely and secure with toothpicks.
    Season chops to taste. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
